I learned so much about my business and marketing and things I need to do to make 2011 the best year for The Client Angel ever!

I have a list of 24 things to implement and I have created a google document to track those items, I am following up with the 4 other women that were with me and had their businesses examined. We are creating an accountability group so we are sure to do that one thing that I think matters most in any business….

Follow-up!!!

I cannot even begin to tell you how important it is.  From me doing the things to change my business (be on the look-out for new things to come), to following up with customers after they place an order.  It is so crucial and we all need a follow-up system in place to remind us to do it.

You know if you have been following me and are familiar with The Client Angel that this is primarily what The Client Angel does and by creating reminders for you and helping you with follow-up, your business grows, your customer base grows, your referrals grow..need I go on??

However, whatever system you use, make sure it does what you need it to.  Do an assessment to make sure it is providing you with the reminders/follow-up you need in your business.  If it is..that is GREAT!!  If it is not, then it is time to reassess what you need from a system and how you operate and find that system that blends with you.

Your assignment is to take a hard look at your business.  Are you providing your customers with the follow-up they deserve?  If not, find out why and figure out the best system to provide that for you.  It is the perfect time of year to build in new systems in our business and for all of us to make 2011 the best year our businesses have ever seen!
